The Local Groups of Civil Protection Volunteers are constituted organizations with altruistic character that, depending organically and functionally of the local entities, have as purpose the voluntary participation of the citizenship in tasks of civil protection, realizing functions of collaboration in tasks of prevention, relief and rehabilitation in emergency situations, in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding civil protection plan at the local level.

These groups are one more link in the management of those emergencies that may happen in a locality. Therefore it is the building of Emergency and Civil Protection, or in its absence to the City Council, where you must go to request registration as a Civil Protection volunteer.

 

The interested party will apply according to the model established in the Regulations of the Group approved by the Municipal Plenary, which will also specify other possible documentation necessary to make the registration, and as also clarified on our website.
